Payment and cancellation

When placing an order, we charge a deposit of 25% or 100% of the total cost of the service. Customers have the right to modify or cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date. The remaining amount can be paid online (the Pay Now link is provided on the invoice) or payable to the driver before the transfer starts (by card or exact amount in cash). Customers will be charged the full amount if the reservation is created less than 24 hours before the start date.

Your driver will wait with your name plate in Arrival Hall or at place located WITHIN Warsaw.

Drop-off place

We deliver to the Departures in front of terminal at Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport with 5 minutes time limit to disembark or to your accomodation address in city of Gdańsk.
