Your driver will be waiting at the airport with your name plate. Waiting time is up to 60 minutes from the scheduled arrival of the plane and can be extended for a small fee.

Payment and cancellation

When placing an order, we collect a deposit of 50% of the total cost. The remaining amount will be due 48 hours before the start date. Customers will be charged full amount if booking is created less than 48 hours from start date. Customers are allowed to modify or cancel their bookings at least 24 hours before start date. Booking fee (3% of total amount added at checkout) covers the costs of order processing and is NOT refundable.

Your driver will wait with your name plate in Arrival Hall (level 0)

Drop-off place

We deliver to Departures level (1) at Kiss&Fly zone in front of terminal with 5 minutes time limit to disembark
